System security virus problems?

We downloaded the program system security, which turned out to be a scam.
We have seen many answers on how to get rid of it, but none of them work because system security won't allow us to open anything except the internet.
If we try to open things such as Word/Task manager/Notepad/System Restore, it just pops up with a speech bubble from the icon on the task bar saying it cannot open this program because it is infected. Activate scanner now. This will then lead to the whole buy our scanner scam page.
Can anybody help us?

Try going into Safe Mode With Networking to download, install, update and run good anti-malware software.

Also, turn off System Restore to evict any copies of bad stuff that might be lurking there.

To get into Safe Mode or Safe Mode with Networking:

1.Log out and reboot your machine.

2.When the machine starts the reboot sequence, press the F8 key repeatedly.

3.Select Safe Mode or Safe Mode with Networking from the resulting menu.

4.Login. If the malware has changed your password, try logging in as Administrator. By default, Administrator has no password.

5.The machine will continue booting, but the Windows desktop will look different.

6.When you're finished doing what you need to do, log out and reboot back into normal mode.

Note that even if the anti-malware programs get rid of the malware, they may not be able to reverse the effects. Search the Web for possible fixes.

Update and run everything regularly, not just when you think you already have malware.

Good luck.

You need to download and scan your system with Malwarebytes and SuperantiSpyware (links below)

If you are unable to download or use the software below then its likely you are being redirected or blocked from downloading and running security software by a trojan hidden in your device manager follow the instructions below and you should be able to download Malwarebytes and SuperantiSpyware.

start > run > type: devmgmt.msc > enter > view > show hidden devices > non-plug and play drivers > in the list of drivers look for the following, right click and disable any that appear in your list:

ATi1jaxx

TDSSserv.sys

TDSSxyz.sys where xyz are random characters

Clbdriver.sys,

Gaopdxserv.sys,

Seneka or Seneka.sys

Restart computer.

Once downloaded you need to install, update and scan your computer with both Malwarebytes and SuperantiSpyware, delete everything they find, if this fails to completely remove the malware you need to download then update Avast and run a boot scan (click schedule boot-time scan and restart your PC), all the software below is free and safe to use.

Malwarebytes: http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

SuperantiSpyware: http://www.superantispyware.com/download.html

Avast Anti-Virus: http://www.avast.com/eng/avast_4_home.html

To protect your PC in the future you'll need to install anti-virus software and a firewall, id recommend using Avast anti-virus and Comodo firewall both are very effective and completely free, you should also switch to Firefox 3 if you are browsing with Internet Explorer as its much safer and a lot easier to use. Remember never download anything thats recommend by a pop-up.

Major headache with this virus/trojan!

you have to restart your computer in SAFE MODE (hit F8 key on boot for options). You can them try and do a RESTORE or run a good antivirus program such as AVAST, AVG, ANTIVIR, etc. Be aware that you may have dozens of other viruses on the system by now, so be careful of connecting with others.

Here is a link to immediately download good Anti-Virus programs!

i'm a nurse and that i artwork with some nurses sort Canadian. What they tell me is this. it works great in case you're properly or purely get harm yet falls aside in case you fall ill or have a protracted term ailment. The final time I examine the only cases i necessary heath care is whilst i replaced into ill. in case you come back in with a issue that needs sugary yet no longer urgently you're positioned on a catalogue which will take 6 to twelve mos to get the help you prefer. interior the US it incredibly is with in 7 days. the concern there is you get sicker and sicker until finally it turns into pressing or you die. the way the government looks at it "whats up we stored some funds on that one" (in case you die). returned it works great in case you shot or have a broken leg. yet do exactly no longer prefer a joint alternative you will get a 12 to 18 mos Wait and finally end up in a wheelchair earlier you're able to correctly be helped. You tell me purely what might take place to a prior lady if she had to be in a chair for 12mos? a great number of the scientific medical doctors are from out part North u.s. and that they are few in numbers because of the fact the pay for scientific medical doctors is so low. it incredibly is annoying to get human beings to pass to college for 12 to sixteen years and not pay them properly.
