The computer is a windows 7 Dell premium (made in 2008, I think). Every time I press enter on the Security Network Command Prompt it just takes me to the main login screen. Can anyone give another way to stop it? Thank you.

The best place to go is bleeping Computer you will find help there. If it's something that can not be removed by following the instructions you can post and get help from someone who know what they are doing.

First search the internet for words that match the virus like sparktrust dot com. Usually there are people out there who know how to beat this and have made instructions. In general I try to get in to windows safe mode where I can look through the programs and then delete any that look suspicious. Or try to download a virus / spam cleaner like malwarebytes or spysweeper, let that run. Thirdly you might want to go to command prompt to see if you can disable or delete certain files (which people on the internet could probably tell you). Last resort is to wipe the computer but nowadays they don't even give you an install disk with a computer. When you get up and running create a non administrative account and use this for most of your web surfing. That will keep you safe.

OK, first you can do this yourself, I have already tangled with this nasty beast a few times in the last 3 months, I have helped others and it will NOT cost you a dime...you will need a different PC that gets online though...FIRST get a flashdrive, a small one you only need less than 200MB so the smallest ones you can usually buy now are 2 GB, that will do, go online with that flashdrive and go to surfright.com and download HITMAN PRO, its a FREE 30 day trial anyway and you'll use it once or twice...download HITMAN PRO and let it start to run, go to settings and license and hit the activate free for 30 days option, NOW..plug that flashdrive in and with HITMAN screen open LOOK on bottom for an icon that says KICKSTART, that will load a program on that flashdive that will boot up on an infected machine and rid you of that pesky thing read up it works and its FREE..there may be leftover files but you can run malwarebytes, also FREE and hitman again, and for future prevention against ransomware aka cryptolock...run this, free version which isn't a program but an app that will reset Windows permisasions so it cannot load in the first place, good luck..first get to surfright.com and then foolishit.com links below long with videos on how and remember, it's ALL free
