im trying to delete a record from the security camera.. the records of today!!! and i cant its so confusing

you have to have a previous clean record from days before when nothing happen in that spot or place ,later download it into the usb port ,and connect to the pc that it is in the main cam office ,but be careful in almost all the offices have cam too ,so you have to erase that one too
