Is it true all proxys are detectable? To trace the ip of the person using it. So if you're on a proxy and you buy something or log into your e-mail, all your personal info goes to the person who operates the proxy?
If not, what is the best proxy out there that is undetectable. 100% blocks your ip for other people.

They are all the same running the same software. It is also trivial to block them. Not only is there no best but they all are pretty anemic.
