I downloaded Tor because i download torrents and i do not want to get caught. but idk exactly what it does. i want to be unable to get caught, and i heard peerblock actually does what i thought tor does. so i downloaded that. what is the difference and which should i use, or both?

TOR is the most secure option however I think you may be disappointed at the download speeds. Perhaps try using a proxy instead.
