Question:
How to report/shut down a scam website?

So I work at an internet shopping company in Japan and recently found this Chinese website that's basically just taking the resources (pictures of items we're selling, item descriptions etc) from our website and putting it up on theirs. Researching a bit more I found a few complaints online of people who got ripped off, not receiving items they paid for or receiving obviously counterfeit items etc.
So how do I start getting them shut down? I understand it may be difficult to have them completely removed but would like to put up a little fight at least as our customers may be getting us confused with this disgusting company. Do I try to find out and write a complaint to the website hosting company? Any information or suggestions would be really appreciated. Thanks guys!

Notify your local Law Enforcement agency. They will tell you that if it is a site in China they can do nothing.
