AV Security Suite problem...?

I had AV Security Suite on my computer. I followed the instructions specified in a guide I found that involved using a program called Hijack and Malwarebytes, doing what they asked me though I think I might have messed up a tiny bit on the Hijack bit. Anyways, so now I can run my computer normally but when I logged in my computer told me that a few start up programs were blocked and now I can only use internet when I disable proxy something or other.

Did I screw something up?

You probably haven't removed all infected files.You have to use Safe mode or disable all its processes manually. Then you will be able to use virus removers, Spyware Doctor, Malwarebytes or Superantispyware

To start PC in safe mode, press F8 during the boot. A menu will appear and you’ll have to choose safe mode with networking. Internet Antivirus 2010 will not be launched in safe mode, so you should be able to use an anti-spyware.

If it fails, start PC normally, but keep hitting ctrl+shift+esc just after login. A task manager will appear and you will have to stop these files. Here are more details:

I had the same problem. This AV Security Suite got into my computer and started giving fake spyware alerts. And also it didn't allow me to open the command prompt, task manager, registry editor etc. I followed the instructions in the below link and successfully deleted it.
