just mark them as spam and forget them.

Never, ever, click on a link to have yourself removed from an email list....
The spammers send the spam with a link to be removed 1) because you are supposed to lawfully, 2) because they may have a list of email addresses that they do not know even exist(are real used addresses), and when you send them a reply to remove you from their list, they then "know" that your email address is REAL, so they sell this info to other spammers. Then you get a lot more at a later date.
If you are getting a lot then your best bet is to just get another email address. Yahoo is the best free email for filtering out most the spam.
As far as reporting them, you can if you know how to read the mail headers in order to figure out what email server they are using. Even if the email says From: dude@dude.com for instance, does not mean that the email is coming from the dude.com server. They can make it look like it's coming from whatever server they want to.
Good luck

Your email provider may have a way for you to report, but the best method would be to upgrade your spam blocker so that it stops all porn sites and also set your internet access controls to block all porn sites. Changing your email address may also be necessary, but then you have to notify all your legitimate contacts of the new address which can be a pain.

Having them remove you from their mailing list just confirmed that you are receiving them and will send you more. You can either flag them as spam or change your E-Mail address.
It seems like we all get them. We all have to deal with them.

In the future, never contact a spam emailer. This only verifies that your email address is valid, and only encourages them to send more spam.

lOl, the best thing to do would be to change your e-mail address. They won't let you go now that they have your email. They also share it with other pornsites.
