What is PUM.Bad.Proxy that I keep getting what do a full scan using Malwarebytes?

I have done two full scans and despite removing it I keep getting the PUM.Bad.Proxy. What is it? I went on the Malwarebytes forum and it had info posted and it gave this info:

but what does it mean if I put a check mark beside the automatic configuration. What does that mean anyways? I am so not technical so plain english please.

That is just a malware . scan your pc with antimalware and that's all

than run in safemode with your system restore turned off

--why you tried system restore to fix it now it is in your restore cache living and messing with your pc

never ever use that feature to fix a infection ; that is for a software or hardware quick fix till it can be corrected
