i was wondering if peer guardian 2 will block the people from sueing me?

i already got a letter for downloading madden nfl 09 off of mininova.com and it was a warning letter


so will peer guardian block them from sueing me?
how well will it work to block them?

it helps but nothing will completely protect you from the police, except not stealing software. if you must steal it, steal from a store, you wont get sued by Electronic Arts.
